Today was a travel day. We left the mountains, drove past miles and miles of cattle land, orchards, grapevines, and farms. Heat and miles. Heat. Here are a few pictures of cool businesses we saw.

Arrived at about 97 degrees. We are here in Bakersfield, CA for two nights. We will be heading to Las Vegas (not to stop) after that. We look ahead to see what the temperature is before we decide where to park. We are here because it is a good park and we can plug in for air conditioning. Tomorrow we will do some shopping and cleaning, and maybe the pool.
