Wifi fun. Hanging in Whitehorse for 2 days.

Hello and welcome back.  I know many of you are anxious to see more pics of Sunriver, OR.  I had already typed a great post, then it disappeared.  All though important words gone.  Last you saw was a picture of Dave.  The next day Ginny and I went shopping.

I really liked this giraffe shirt, but I didn't purchase it.  Color was too light for my skin, and I don't like horizontal stripes.  Ginny is a friend of mine from back in 1984 and 1985.  We were roommates in Fairbanks.  She moved back to WA, married Dave and had four kids.  She has become my shopping buddy.  She took me to purchase my first maternity clothes.  On this trip I kept on planning to go shopping for school clothes, but never had the time.  Thanks to the tires, I got that day.  It's ok, I didn't spend as much as Richard did on the tires.  The next morning Ginny went to work while I sat outside near the bird feeders.  Here are some of the seven bird species I saw.

This is a mountain chickadee.  I also saw the black capped chickadee.

Is this a red poll or a purple finch?

I don't know what this is.

A nuthatch!

Waited a long time for the hummingbird.  Of course it is on the wrong end of the feeder!

This is possibly a yellow finch in his summer clothing.

This bird feeder was this close.

These are just flowers at Old Mills Shopping.  Richard met a fellow motorcycle blogger there for lunch who happened to also know Ginny.  Richard wrote about Don on his blog and put up pictures there.
I am going to post this, then start a new one about the volcano we visited.
