I have never seen oranges do this-turn orange on one spot, then spread. Interesting |
AUGH!!!!!!!! This blogging site! OK, I have been writing and putting in pictures for about 20 minutes right now. For some reason, it isn't let me add pictures to the end-it keeps putting them to the top. I tried dragging the pic of the temperature and Richard driving and drag it down. Well, for some reason it grabbed the orange tree and moved it and its caption to the top! ha ha ha.
Anyone else feel my frustration?

Wow, I didn't realize I took so many days off from blogging. We are at a Thousand Trails in Cottonwood, AZ tonight. Looking at all the activities and pictures of people doing the activities makes me think I'm in my parent's mobile home park in Florida with all the retired people. Hmmm, not ready to be in a senior living community, yet.
I'll go back to the park we were in two times ago. awwww, a very white looking schnauzer came in. I wonder if he is part.......Anyway.........
Orange Grove, CA. Our second visit. This park had a fenced in area for the dogs right across from our RV. This park had a pool! But it was freezing cold. And, as the name implies, this park is an orange grove.

This business is next door. If you are ever in the area, I highly recommend you visit. They sell dried fruit, nuts, candy, fresh fruit, in season. AND they have free samples of Everything!!!! I ended up bringing home dried squash, dried tomatoes, dried beets, cashews, roasted pumpkin seeds, and SURPRISE! The cashier added 4 free oranges that I didn't know about until I walked home! |

The next stop was amazing! The only thing it didn't have was a fenced in dog run. Everything else.....Amazing! But I didn't take pictures! If you are a facebook friend you would have seen 2 videos, one of the river flowing over the rocks. It is the Colorado River. I also filmed some birds carrying on in the flowering bushes. Like I said, amazing. Our spot was right on the river. I spent time walking in the river finding rocks. Richard and I spent time in the almost warm pool, and the hot tub. One downside that I will watch out for more. I walked the dogs through some very thorny grass. I spent Artie immediately stopped walking. I pulled out what I could and we limped home. Spent time cutting hair. We are all better, but I know I won't walk through that again.

We have made reservations to return for the whole month of February. I almost took the kayak out. This picture shows the area where we have reserved for next time. As you can see, the park is pretty empty, but it will be packed in February!
Where is this? Needles, CA. Where Spike, Snoopy's brother lives.

Now the next set of pictures were all taken while traveling in the truck. Can someone tell me why Richard never has these problems? I can not load the rest of my driving pictures because it keeps throwing them to the top of the blog. I've tried hitting return, delete, add, move,
I'm just going to start over.
