Hello everyone, let's start with sick doggies. It started with Leinen. Diarrhea. I never worry about it when he gets it because it happens. It was gone in 2 days. Then Artie started. Today was his second day. I also bought canned pumpkin because that can help cure it. They are both eating well, playing, walking, don't act sick. So I'm not worried. Maybe in 2 more days I would be. The roughest part is Artie needed to go out BAD at 5AM, 6AM, 8AM, and every two hours after that. It's been 3 1/2 hours right now, so let's hope all is good.
First, here is a picture of a blanket I made. It is crocheted. The stitch is called the shell stitch. I really enjoyed this stitch. Took me a month. Got through the Call the Midwife series on NetFlix.
Don't you just love the colors of this blanket? Look at the baby's hair! He was born at 9:19AM on 9/19/19. Cool! Planned C-section. No, she didn't plan a C section to have that date, she chose that date because she needed a planned C section.
Interesting fact: My son, Reuben's birthday always adds up to how old he is. This year. 3+3+19= his age. March 3rd, 2019. Cool! Do you have any cool things about birthdates?
Last night we went to our dear friend's house, Ginny and Dave Streeter. We didn't plan it this way, but we were here exactly one year ago. Today is their anniversary. Tomorrow is Dave's birthday. Their house is nestled in the woods, so they get visitors.
Here's Momma, then the pic on the right shows one baby behind the box, and one is behind the hammock hidden by mom and the tree.

Just a few minutes before that Dave said the deer should be by anytime now. These fawns are pretty young and we wonder if they will survive the winter. One still has its spots!

Then came the raccoons! One Momma and 3 babies! They were quite skittish when I came up to the window. I visited them once in the spring and got pictures of lots of birds, including hummingbirds.
It may be a couple of days before I post again.
TTFN.
I need to think of a good slogan now.
